One prompt reads a year of your email and hands back every real relationship in it: who they are, what you last talked about, when, and who you've gone quiet on. Then it becomes a dashboard, and it nudges you every Monday.
Four prompts: build it, see it, keep it current, get back in touch
Six steps, starting with the safety settings before you connect your inbox
The fix list for big inboxes and wrong categories
About 30 minutes the first time, then it runs itself. Claude Cowork, no coding.

What you end up with
A file in your project folder with one row per person you've had a real exchange with, and a dashboard that opens in your browser.
Who they are to you: client, prospect, supplier, partner, friend
What you last discussed, and when, and who wrote last
Who you've gone quiet on for more than 90 days, most valuable first
A Monday nudge with a suggested opening line for each
Your network is already written down, in your sent folder. Nobody has ever asked it to organise itself. Most people find at least one relationship in there they'd been meaning to pick up for months.
Built in six steps
Have Claude Cowork set up with a project. You need the Claude desktop app, a project, and that project pointed at one folder on your computer. If that isn't done yet, the Starter Pack walks you through it: tuitiv.ai/free/setup.
Switch off two privacy settings first. Settings, then Privacy: "Help improve our AI models" off, "Location metadata" off. Grey, not blue. You're about to connect your inbox, so do this before, not after.
Connect your email. Settings, then Connectors, then Gmail or Outlook. It's the only connector you need for this.
Start with three months, not twelve. Paste prompt 01 into a new task in your project, but change "twelve months" to "three months" the first time. You'll see how it sorts people before you let it loose on a year.
Correct it once, then run the full year. Open crm.csv, fix any wrong categories, and add the rules it missed to the prompt ("anyone at acme.com is a client"). Run prompt 01 again for twelve months. It keeps your edits.
Build the dashboard and schedule the nudge. Prompt 02 builds the dashboard; bookmark it. Then Scheduled tasks, new task, Mondays at 8am, paste prompt 03.
The prompts
Run 01 and 02 once. 03 runs every Monday. 04 is for when you're ready to pick up the phone, or the keyboard.
01 · BUILD
Build the CRM
Reads your inbox and writes one row per relationship.
Scan my email for the last twelve months. Build me a CRM of every person I've had a real two-way exchange with. Ignore newsletters, receipts, notifications, and anyone who only emailed me once without a reply.
For each person: name, email, organisation, category (client, prospect, supplier, partner, friend, other), what we last discussed in one line, the date of our last exchange, and who wrote last.
Save it as crm.csv in this project folder. If crm.csv already exists, keep any edits I've made and add to it rather than starting again.
Then give me a short list of anyone I haven't been in touch with for over 90 days that I probably should be, most valuable first, with one line on why.
02 · SEE IT
Turn it into a dashboard
One page you can open in your browser and actually look at.
Read crm.csv and build me a one-page HTML dashboard (in my brand if you have my brand file, otherwise clean and simple).
At the top: how many people in each category, and how many I've gone quiet on.
Then a "get back in touch" list: the ten most valuable relationships I haven't been in touch with for over 90 days, with what we last discussed.
Then the full list, searchable, filterable by category, sorted by last contact.
Save it to my Outputs folder as crm-dashboard.html.
03 · MONDAYS
The weekly nudge
Schedule it for Monday at 8am. It keeps the CRM current and tells you who to call.
Open crm.csv. Check my sent mail for the last seven days and update the "last contact" date for anyone I've written to, adding anyone new.
Then list everyone marked client, prospect or partner that I haven't been in touch with for over 90 days, most valuable first, with one line on what we last discussed and a suggested opening line for a short, warm check-in.
Update crm-dashboard.html. Never send anything.
04 · GET BACK IN TOUCH
Draft the check-ins
For the people it flags. Drafted, never sent.
From this week's "get back in touch" list, pick the five people it would matter most to hear from me.
For each, write a short, warm check-in in my voice: two or three sentences, mention what we last discussed, no pitch, and end with a question that's easy to answer.
Save them as drafts in my email so I can read and send them myself. If you can't save drafts, list them here. Never send anything.
Run it in chunks: three months at a time, and ask it to add to the same crm.csv each time. It keeps what's already there.
It put a friend down as a prospect
Fix the row in crm.csv and add a rule to prompt 01, for example "anyone I email from my personal address is a friend". It keeps your edits the next time it runs.
Is this safe? It's reading my whole inbox
It reads through the connector and writes one file to a folder on your own computer. Keep "Help improve our AI models" off, keep memory off if your inbox holds client information, and don't paste the file anywhere else. If your inbox is full of sensitive client material, run it on your sent folder only.
Can it update the CRM I already pay for?
If there's a connector for it, often yes, but start here first. Most people find the file and the dashboard do the job, and the one they were paying for goes quiet.
