No. If you've built your own Claude setup and use it most days, you'll be fine. If you're still at the “I asked it a question once” stage, start with the Challenge; the membership assumes you have skills installed and at least one workflow running.
Every call is recorded and in the Hub the same day. The build calls are made to be followed at your own pace, and the Q&A space in the community is open at any hour, so a question asked on a Tuesday night gets an answer, from us or from someone who's already solved it.

This is still for you: for the business you run outside work, for you personally, or for the side hustle you've been meaning to start. You'll need a paid Claude plan you control, which is separate from anything work gives you.
